own towels and tea towels. Sorry no pets; non-smokers only. Deposit A deposit of 20% of the total cost
of your holiday will ensure you a provisional booking, only if it reaches us
within a week of your initial reservation. The balance will be due 6
weeks before the start of your holiday. We regret we cannot offer credit card
facilities. All cheques should be made payable to Mrs.E.Strange. All monies paid are non-returnable; therefore we
strongly recommend
that
you arrange cancellation insurance. Arrival and Departure Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Whether you are
planning short breaks or one or two weeks, we would ask you not to arrive
before 2pm. and to vacate by 10 a.m. so that we can ensure that the
accommodation is clean and in good order for all of our guests. Please read the booking conditions on the back of this form. I have read and agreed to abide by the
booking conditions overleaf. I enclose a deposit/balance/full amount of £ Signature Date BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. The hiring contract is between the hirer and the property
owner. 2. Bookings should be made by telephone and confirmed within
7 days enclosing the deposit/full payment together with the completed booking
form. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. If the holiday date is less
than 6 weeks from the booking date, then the full amount is payable. 3. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. In the
event of a cancellation, no deposits or payments will be refunded. 4. The owner and/or a representative retains the right to
enter the property at any reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed
necessary to the property or equipment. 5. In the
unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable on the day stated, then
all money will be refunded and no liability will fall upon the owner. In no
event shall the liability of the owner to the hirer, however arising, exceed
the rental paid for the holiday. 6. The hirer is responsible for the property and undertakes
all reasonable care of it, to keep it clean and tidy and to replace any breakages
or damage caused. 7. Under no account can the prescribed number of persons per
property be exceeded. 8. In the event of a complaint arising, please inform the
owner immediately, so that it can be rectified. No request for compensation
will be considered once the holiday has ended. 9. All information has been given in good faith and every
effort has been made to provide the amenities described. No liability will fall
upon the owner should restrictions be applied in the event of floods, drought,
power cuts, etc., or any other occurrence outside of their control. |
